Mixing directions
Add powder to warm water (100 °F). Blend until powder is dispersed in water. Feed soon after mixing. Store any leftover formula in refrigerator and feed within 24 hours. Mixing directions are based on volume, not weight, measurements.
Feeding directions
Eastern cottontail:
Mix 1 part powder to 2 parts warm water. Feed 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons per 1 ounce bodyweight daily, divided in 2 to 4 feedings.
Squirrels:
Mix 1 parts powder with 2 parts warm water. Feed 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons per 1 ounce bodyweight daily, divided in 6 to 8 feedings. At 3 weeks of age gradually switch to Day One formula 20/50
Opossums:
Mix 1 part powder with 2 parts warm water. Feed 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons per 1 ounce bodyweight daily, divided in 6 to 8 feedings. At about 45 grams of bodyweight, gradually switch to Day One formula 25/30.
Gradually decrease quantity of formula and numbers of feeding per day as weaning approaches.
