Mixing directions
Mix 3/4 part formula to 1/4 part Ultraboost, equals one full part. (Do not exceed 1/2 part formula to 1/2 part Ultraboost)
Add to 2 parts warm water (l00 F). Shake well. Blend until powder is dispersed in water. Feed soon after mixing. Store any leftover formula in refrigerator and feed within 24 hours. Mixing directions are based on volume, not weight, measurements.
